This week at the bakery

Six days a week. New soups Wednesday. Bread daily.

Heather pulls bread out of the oven every morning we're open. The boules and jalapeño-cheddar are baked daily; brioche, cinnamon rolls, focaccia, and the cookies rotate on a weekly schedule we post here and on Facebook.

Soups are scratch-made and announced Monday for the week. Wednesday is New Soup Wednesday — the community gets a vote on social, and whatever wins goes in the pot. Fridays are always chowders.

Boules, jalapeño-cheddar, cinnamon-swirl, white chocolate cranberry, focaccia. Slow-fermented for over 24 hours.

Sharp Tillamook cheddar, fresh broccoli, slow-cooked. Paired all week with our jalapeño-cheddar grilled cheese. Available Wednesday through Saturday or until the pot's empty — usually by 1 p.m.

Our Story

Heather's been baking this bread for a decade. The shop is new.

Teton Sourdough Co. is a family bakery run by Heather and Greg Jensen. Heather started baking sourdough at home over ten years ago, long before the pandemic made it cool — friends and family were the first to call her bread the best they'd ever had.

When the longtime owner of Soup For You? passed away in 2022, the Jensens stepped in to keep his soup pot warm and bring Heather's bread out of the home kitchen. The result is what you'll find at 52 College Ave today: old-school bread, scratch soup, and a few good cookies.
